Our top priority is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The services and activities of Da Swamp have an inherent amount of risk. It is our responsibility to make certain that each participant, or responsible adult, be aware of the risk and accept liability for any consequences that may result from his or her choice to participate in these activities.

All Participants Must Have a Signed Waiver

If you are under 18 years old, you must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver. A wavier signed only by a minor is not a valid contractual agreement and may be deemed fraudulent representation.
